Job Position Media Coordinator
Job Description The Media Coordinator will further the ministry of AACF via multi-media resources, including social media, direct contact (e-mail), overseeing of AACF website. This position partners with the AACF Leadership Team.
Responsibilities 1. Coordinating the delivery of flyer and promotional materials to be distributed to events.2. Responsible for publishing material for the website, and Facebook page.3. Collaborates with other AACF ministries and leadership to provide media and PR materials.4. Collaborates with AACF office to provide media and promotion materials for use (e.g. support-raising, fundraising, staff recruitment)
Qualifications 1.  Has a personal and growing relationship with Jesus Christ2. A committed member of good standing in a local church.3.  A working understanding and the ability to articulate the Mission and Vision of AACF.4.  General knowledge and skills appropriate to media via office, technological and administrative functions, such as a thorough understanding of English grammar, punctuation, and spelling; ability to draft and compose correspondence; ability to compile, write and present appropriate reports; and ability to operate standard office equipment i.e., copy machines, adding machines, etc.; understanding of graphics)

5. Working knowledge and skill with technology, computers, e-mail, websites, etc., including a working knowledge of HTML and / or Microsoft Publisher or similar programs.

6. Ability to work effectively on a team and foster community amidst task.

Preferred Qualifications 1. Willingness to be trained in ongoing upgrading of office technology2. An understanding of website management.
