Working with students forming their faith is such a priviledge. We need capable and insightful people to come on board and create our student training curriculum and manage our annual Leadership Training Conference!

Job Position Student Training & LTC Coordinator
Job Description Provides and programs for the various ministry and leadership roles and development/care  of “students” in AACF
Responsibilities 1. Constitute and lead LTC planning team2. Work with Missions Coordinator to coordinate training programs and coordinate with events on local campuses for timing of events with LTC for commissioning

3. Ability to work with campus ministers and LT/Director to assess needs of how to develop students as leaders following the AACF Student Training Objectives

4. Have a working knowledge to use, implement and upgrade as needed Student leadership policies

5. Establish and train a team of campus ministers to participate and own the annual conference

7. Work with legal/policy/finance teams to build a budget for the conference each year

Short term objectives 1.  Will continue  core training/dialogue event during the 2015-16  year.2.   Ability to work with campus ministers and LT/Director to assess needs of how to develop students as leaders following the AACF Student Training Objectives

3.   Have a working knowledge to use, implement and upgrade as needed Student leadership policies
