Since its founding in 1975, AACF has thrived on a strong culture of volunteerism. Volunteers have been essential in sustaining and expanding the ministry.

We are continually looking for Christian men and women to serve in AACF chapters across 12 UC and Cal State campuses in California, as well as our chapter at the University of Washington.

Campus volunteer staff take on multiple roles, including consultant, mentor, discipler, mediator, prayer warrior, and teacher. Volunteers typically focus on one or two of these roles, depending on the needs of their ministry site and their gifting.
