FINANCES

This handbook provides campus finance teams with clear guidelines on budgeting, handling funds, deposits, reimbursements, scholarships, and fundraising. It ensures AACF maintains financial integrity, accountability, and compliance with ECFA standards.

This form designates the finance team members authorized for the current school year to handle funds, deposits, and check requests in line with AACF policies.

AACF uses Zoho Expense to process reimbursements and payments. Finance team members submit expenses, upload receipts, and request checks through this system, ensuring accuracy, accountability, and timely processing.

Step by step instructions that show you how to submit expenses and reports in Zoho Expense — from uploading receipts and entering mileage to submitting your reimbursement. Follow this guide to ensure your expense submissions are accurate, timely, and approved smoothly.

WORSHIP

Access the AACF library to find chord sheets for worship songs, organized alphabetically by folder.

When creating worship slides (PowerPoint, Keynote, Google, etc.), always include a copyright footer. The footer must include:

  • Song title

  • Writer credit(s)

  • Copyright notice

  • JEMS’ CCLI license number (#47309)

You can find all of this information at the bottom of each chord sheet in the AACF library. Here's a short video by CCLI on how to display a copyright footer.

Use this form to request chord sheets for worship songs that are not already in our AACF library. â€‹

Help us keep our CCLI reports accurate, remain legally protected, and make sure the artists who bless us with their music are fairly compensated!

Every song that is reproduced or performed, regardless of whether the music sheet was downloaded from the AACF library or the internet needs to be reported. You will report songs here.

CCLI Reporting Procedure

1. Before or after the event, go to the CCLI Reporting form and submit the songs you used for a particular event.

2. Songs not listed in the drop down menu can be added in the Unlisted Songs section in the form.

3. That's it! You're done!
